Join us for our first grief support session of the new year, providing a safe and welcoming space to reconnect, reflect, and share. As we step into 2025, this session will focus on embracing new beginnings while honoring the memories of our loved ones.
We invite you to bring a photo or a treasured item that reminds you of your loved one to share with the group if you feel comfortable. Together, we'll explore ways to navigate grief, find moments of hope, and build meaningful connections with others who understand the journey.
Sam from Anchored Counselling Services will be present to offer her compassionate guidance and support.
Whether you're returning to the group or attending for the first time, we welcome you to join us in this supportive and understanding community.
