Grief can feel isolating—especially for those in military and veteran communities where silence, strength, and survival often take priority over healing. Join Glass Soldier for a unique and grounding workshop where we’ll talk honestly about loss, transition, and the invisible weight we carry.

🧀 This isn’t just another lecture—it’s a community experience. We’ll gather around a curated charcuterie table (yes, cheese included!) and explore how grief shows up in our minds, bodies, and daily lives—and how we can begin to process it with gentleness and support.
