Gouache Landscape Painting with Ester Araujo

Participants ages 16+ are invited to join North Charleston Artist-in-Residence Ester Araujo through a step-by-step tutorial of how to paint a marsh landscape with gouache. In this workshop, Ester will cover the fundamentals of landscape painting including understanding value structure, mixing colors, creating a balanced composition and experimenting with expressive textures. Participants will leave class with a completed landscape painting! This class is beginner friendly and is designed for participants who have any drawing or painting experience. All materials provided. Space is limited.
