The Gotham Gator Club and UF First-Generation Alumni Association invite local Gator Fans (Alumni and Non-Alumni family and friends) to volunteer with the GlamourGals Foundation for their 22nd Annual Leadership Training Institute.

Volunteer roles are split into two categories: Team Leaders and Event Staff.
Team Leaders
Team Leaders are responsible for managing a group of about 10 high school and college students throughout the day. Team leaders facilitate activities, engage students, and serve as mentors and role models throughout the day. Team leaders must stay for the entire duration of the day (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and attend a 15-20 minute Zoom training the week leading up to GLTI.
Event Staff
Event staff will help with registration, the "behind the scenes" program needs, set up, clean up, meal breaks, and gift bag distribution. There are three volunteer time slots: morning (8:00 AM - 12 PM), afternoon (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST), and all day (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
T-shirts will be provided to volunters.
