Goth Yoga is a 60 minute candle lit all levels vinyasa flow to a gothic playlist. Join us while we do some not-so-sunny sun salutations in this cozy dark space. You can expect to hear the likes of Sisters of Mercy, Joy Divison, Bauhaus, and more. This is a gentle moving class that is beginner friendly, offering modifications to fit individual students needs.
