Goth Yoga is a 60 minute class for the damned, set up in traditional all levels vinyasa flow. Join us while we do some not-so-sunny sun salutations to the sounds of all that is goth. You can expect to hear the likes of Sisters of Mercy, Joy Divison, Bauhaus, and more. This is a gentle moving class that is beginner friendly, offering modifications to fit individual students needs. Bring your own mat and props! Preregistration is required due to limited space, see link below.-------------
Trish Sexstella is an E-RYT 200 level yoga instructor with over 10 years experience in her own practice. She believes that yoga can benefit every single person and she loves helping any and everyone along their own personal journey.
