If you could only choose one way to radically improve the quality of your life, what single technique would you focus on? By regularly setting goals, writing out the steps to achieve them, and working toward them every single day, you can transform your life in a very short time. The proven power of goal setting is well known and easy to follow, yet very few people actually make full use of goals in their life. If you are setting goals, are you doing so correctly? Are you considering the three factors to determining the right goal for right now?
When asked if you have goals, you will of course say "YES", but have you truly set goals? Are they S.M.A.R.T.? Have you written them down? Considered obstacles? Tracked your progress? Are you rewarding good performance?
At this workshop, Tara Taylor, certified life coach, will teach you the value of goal setting and how to make it a regular practice. You will write out your goal(s) for the year, and your road map to achieving it {them}. You can choose to be matched with an "accountability buddy" from the group or continue one-on-one coaching sessions with Tara monthly for the reduced cost of $19 each, and you will decide together how to best hold yourself accountable. Attended before? It's worth the refresher! Attend the second option where we will speed through the basic information and spend more time on creating your goal roadmap.
This workshop is normally offered at $30+ per person, but is dramatically discounted as a service of Single Mom Strong to all single mothers. We know you have what it takes to achieve anything you set your mind to. We will help you develop the confidence and commitment you need to do so.
