🌟 Got 2 Go Workshop – Overview
The Got 2 Go Workshop is a 2-hour interactive workshop designed to raise awareness about domestic violence, provide practical tools for safety planning, and empower women and young ladies (16+) to break the cycle of abuse.
Grounded in education and empowerment, the workshop covers:
- The cycle of abuse and its generational impact.
- National and local statistics on domestic violence.
- Massachusetts laws and rights for protection.
- Healthy boundary-setting using the Boundary Wheel.
- Creation of a Restore & Rescue Safety Plan.
Each participant leaves with resources, tools, and affirmation, as well as a Got 2 Go Essentials Bag to support their journey forward.
With its blend of information, interaction, and inspiration, the Got 2 Go Workshop is a safe space to learn, reflect, and take action toward ending the cycle of abuse.
