About this Event

Gospel Aerobics Anonymous offers a unique blend of exercise and inspiration, designed to promote movement and well-being as you groove to uplifting gospel music. This 1-hour Saturday evening class gets you moving to joyful rhythms in the same anonymous, judgment-free environment. All fitness levels are welcome – if you can move, you can participate! It's about praising your body with movement and boosting your well-being, no matter your experience.

Each session combines aerobic exercise with spirited music to nourish both body and soul. Expect to dance, clap, and move to the beat — you'll get your heart rate up while your spirit soars. As always, you set your own pace: whether you're bursting with energy or taking it easy, you'll fit right in. The focus is on getting active and feeling joy, not on performance or perfection.

Join us every Saturday at 5:00 PM from March 29 through the first week of May for this uplifting workout experience. Come share in the positive energy — by the end of class, you'll be glowing with sweat and inspiration! Leave each session feeling stronger, happier, and part of a supportive community.

Class Etiquette

Inclusive & Respectful: Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level or background. Be kind and encouraging to others – we maintain the same judgment-free, anonymous environment in this class so all can feel comfortable.
Punctuality: Try to arrive on time so we can kick off the session together. If you arrive late, please slip in quietly to avoid interrupting the flow.
Attire & Hydration: Wear comfy workout attire and supportive athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle (and a towel if needed) to stay hydrated and comfortable as you dance and move.
Participation & Pace: Give it your all and stay engaged, but remember to go at a pace that works for you. Feel free to modify movements to suit your ability, and take breaks if you need them — jump back in whenever you're ready.
Positivity & Privacy: Help us keep the atmosphere uplifting and fun. Avoid using phones during the workout, and please do not take photos or videos out of respect for everyone’s privacy and the “anonymous” spirit of the class.
