A Community 5K Ruck open to all-levels fitness! Rucking is great for building strength, improving endurance, and boosting mental health, all while connecting with others. Grab your ruck and enjoy a fun, social way to get fit!
WHAT TO BRING - REQUIRED
- A rucksack/backpack/weighted vest (Rucker recommended)
- Ruck Plate (or equivalent) in your rucksack = to your weight suggestion
- Men = 20 lb. Ruck Plate
- Women = 10 lb. Ruck Plate
- Kids = water,books/etc.
- Nalgene bottle recommended.
