Join us for a GoRuck Crawford County event!Rucking is a form of exercise that involves walking with a loaded backpack over various distances and terrains. A moderate amount of weight carried can produce the same stimulus and metabolic benefits as running. It is similar to hiking and is often used as conditioning by backcountry hunters, CrossFitters, and those in the military and emergency services.
