A detective investigating a blackmail plot. A city councillor with a secret. A small town under siege by a 100 foot tall Canada goose.Welcome to the world of Goose Noir!
On Saturday April 12th from 9am to 5pm, we will be filming two "Town Hall" scenes for the feature length film "Goose Noir" and we need YOU to come out and be one of the many angry citizens of Baker's Bay! Come yell, heckle, and otherwise give Baker's Bay's City Councillors a hard time.
Everyone who comes out will receive full credit in the finished film and lunch will be provided in the form of many a delicious pizza (including vegetarian and gluten free options).
We would love to have as many upset citizens as possible, so please invite your friends, family, family friends, and family friend's family's friends. We are filming in The Weaver Auditorium at Nipissing University and it's a big hall, so the more the merrier!
There is no violence (except a brief struggle between an old fisherman and a heckler) and no profanity, so people of all ages are welcome.
Both scenes can be read here if you'd like to take a look: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ybqA4OWxGvnRf1ZLvsDxBPQ514Y4OAlY/view?usp=sharing
The only rule is to not wear any branded clothing (for example, Nike logo trackpants, Montreal Canadiens ballcap, your favourite Led Zeppelin shirt). Since we're shooting two scenes that take place on two different days, if you'd like to bring a change of shirt or clothing to look different between the two, please do!
That's it! If you have any questions, please post them here and we'll answer them right away.
Otherwise, we hope to see you on April 12th for some movie magic! :)
