WORKSHOP ONE: Harness the power of Google Business Profiles for your business.
Mell Millgate is presenting this hands-on workshop to help businesses big and small optimise their Google Business Profile so it works FOR you, not against you.
BYO laptop – this workshop is designed for you to learn and do at the same time. It’ll be collaborative, with lots of discussion and sharing of ideas, and a chance to mingle with other clever business folk!
You’ll learn:
- What a Google Business Profile is and why it matters
- How to set up and update your profile
- Optimising your profile for discovery and engagement
- Managing reviews from customers
- Tracking performance (what the insights tell you)
Best of all, you’ll get resources to take home so you can keep up the good work. After the workshop, we’ll walk down the street for drinks and mingling at The Victoria Hotel afterwards, where we can answer more questions and get to know you better.
