We look at this and several other data streams that you will be able to use in your marketing and to improve your site's sales effectiveness.
Google Search Console
This handy tool will tell you two things: which search terms people use to find your website, and it will send you an email every time an error occurs on your website. You will learn how to use the Search Console data to focus on the correct search terms and how to optimise your site better for Google.

Analytics:
- You will install Google Analytics.
- You will learn how to read the most important data in Analytics.
- You will be able to determine which one of your channels (Google, AI, FB, etc.) delivers more sales on your website.
Search Console:
- How well is your website doing in Google?
- Which search terms do potential clients type into Google?
- Receive instant messages from Google when there is an error on your website, e.g. "Your website is down!"
To bring: A laptop for the practical part of the workshop.
Suitable for: Small business owners who have a website, but have not installed, or do not know how to use Google Analytics and/or Google Search Console.
