Join us to make a super simple craft that will help us stay enthusiastic for the new year! We will be writing down things we love: dancing, cute dogs, delicious soup etc. on lovely little origami papers and simply folding them up. The result is a colorful pile of folded papers with hopeful messages written inside.You can make a whole bunch and keep them in a special jar or box to re-read and help you feel reinvigorated when you are struggling, or they make a wonderful little present tucked into a card to a loved one!
Bring a special container if you have one, or you can just use a cleaned-out pasta sauce jar. We will provide the origami papers, writing instruments and lots of examples of the good things in our lives!
This program is open to all ages!
