About this Event
The Good Tenant Training Program was created in 2018 through a partnership between THDA and the Department of Correction (Day Reporting Centers) in an effort to provide housing education and resources to persons currently under supervision. The program is now offered in all three regions and all DRC Locations throughout the state. As the program has expanded, we are finding more organizations and programs are wanting to offer it, including school districts and small corporations. The 4-hour course focuses on the basic building blocks that make up a confident and responsible renter. The class is discussion-based, hands-on, and activity-focused. Please contact Mandy Garman at [email protected] if you have additional questions.
