Join local artist Luann Carra as she brings her signature style to the Lord Baltimore Hotel for the latest installment of the Good Taste art exhibition series. The final exhibit of 2025, titled “Re Do,” is a celebration of nature’s splendor featuring waves, trees, horses, mermaids and fish brought to life through an imaginative mix of mirror, tile, glass, found objects and love. Carra’s work invites viewers to see the beauty in transformation, reimagining everyday materials as magical, nature-inspired mosaics.A beloved figure in Baltimore’s creative community, Carra previously won the hotel’s annual Couture Tree Competition and continues to enchant audiences with her colorful, whimsical approach to art.
About the Artist:
Luann Carra is an upcycle artist whose passion for art was sparked in middle school and nurtured at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. After a successful career as a visual manager at Macy’s, she opened her first gallery in her Fells Point home, curating and exhibiting the work of local artists alongside her own. Today, her art studio sits above that same gallery, where she continues to transform discarded materials into stunning mosaics, paintings and fashion pieces, each one crafted to inspire, delight and celebrate sustainability and imagination.
