GOOD SWEAT or "szlachta pachą" is a humorous phrase used in some Eastern European countries. It roughly translates to "noble sweat" or "good sweat" and is used to describe the enjoyable and cleansing experience of sweating in a sauna. This term combines the idea of nobility ("szlachta" means nobility in Polish) with the act of sweating ("pachą" is derived from "pachy," meaning armpits, where people typically sweat). Our "GOOD SWEAT" Sauna Socials are a nod to this colloquialism. Sauna socials are semi-private sauna sessions which means you *might* have the sauna to yourself or you *might* be sharing it with another person who booked at the same time.
Fri | Oct 4 | 4-8pm
