𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓: A no-judgement movement class to build flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina through flowing postures and static holds. Open levels; beginner-intermediate friendly. Alexis is a certified YogaFaith Trainer.
𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍: Tuesday 12/16 at 5:30 PM (instead of the usual Monday). Always check social media for any updates.
𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄: Community of Faith Church sanctuary at 5208 Meadowland Pkwy, Marion (just south of the Rt. 13 & 148 intersection)
π–π‡πŽ: All ladies welcome! We’re real women doing what we can, when we canβ€”together.
ππ‘πˆππ†: Yoga mat & water. Blocks/strap optional. We have a few to loan on a first-come basis. Wear comfy movement clothes; class is barefoot.
