About this Event
Having a resilient workforce that can adapt to changes and consistently deliver high quality customer service has become more crucial than ever. The Good Jobs Strategy is a management framework, developed by Dr. Zeynep Ton at the MIT Sloan School of Management, that can help you develop a sustainable operating system that enables a productive and high-performing workforce.
If you are a business leader concerned with:
- Attracting and retaining the right talent for your business,
- Delivering a consistent, and high-quality experience for your customers, or
- Ensuring your business is able to meet its long-term profitability and growth targets.
The Central Indiana Corporate Partnership and EmployIndy invite your leadership team to join us for a free one-day workshop facilitated by the Good Jobs Institute.
The Good Jobs Institute is a non-profit organization with the mission to help companies thrive by creating good jobs. It works directly with executives—like the leadership team at Sam’s Club—to apply the Good Jobs Strategy framework to improve long-term operational performance.
CICP and EmployIndy are excited to bring the Good Jobs Institute to Indianapolis to help business leaders learn how strategic investment in employees and specific operational choices has helped businesses of all sizes and across industries drive customer loyalty, employee productivity, and high-quality frontline jobs.
To get the most out of its full-day workshops, the Good Jobs Institute encourages businesses to send leadership teams of up to 5 people. However, space for workshops is limited.
Companies engaged in Business Equity for Indy or the Good Wages Initiative are particularly encouraged to attend.
