SENIOR (over 18 years)

* Awarded to the best miniature from all the first placed miniatures
in the above categories.
'CONDITION of ENTRY and COMPETITION RULES'
• Miniatures must be presented at the check-in area where entries will be scrutinised before entering the competition, for entering the correct categories, correct scale and for other items listed below.
• Entry forms will be available at the check-in area.
• Entry fee is $5.00ea per category entry. Payment to be made at the service desk after completion of entry form.
• All miniatures and dioramas must have been completely built and finished by the entrant.
• Each miniature is eligible for entry in one category only.
• To determine which category a 'Single Miniature' will go into, it will be determined by the measurement from the base to the upper most of the whole miniature.
• Category or 'Best of Show' winning miniatures of previous competitions cannot be re-entered in to the same category.
• 3D printed miniatures are permitted, but they must be to the appropriate scale of the item being represented.
i.e. 28mm Human Ranger printed to a 54mm scale, this would then make it a 'Figure' model not a miniature.
• Miniatures may be displayed on a base or plinth containing additional material, but will be scrutinised to determine which category it can be entered in to.
• 'DEUL' category, is a combination of TWO miniatures combating each other in the heat of battle.
• A 'DIORAMA' is a combination of ONE or more miniatures in a believable setting that tells a story, sets a mood, or creates a charged atmosphere.
The overall size of the diorama base is up to the boundaries of a 300mm X 300mm square template. The shape of the base is open, but no part of the diorama may hang over the edge of the base.
• A JUNIOR (under13 years) or INTERMEDIATE (13-17 years) may enter in to the SENIORS categories if they wish, but knowingly that they are competing with adult miniature painters.
• The OPEN categories are open to all age groups to enter.
• Awards are made for the first place in each category and then a 'Best of Show' is chosen from those first place winners of each category.
• The judging of the miniatures is not in the traditional style of model/painting competitions.
The awards that are given are chosen by the participants of the competition, in a mostly people's choice fashion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding interpretation or application of these rules, the decision of the Store Representative appointed by Good Games Albury, shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• While the organisers undertake to provide all reasonable care and protection of miniatures entered in the competition, such miniatures are entered at the owner's risk and the organisers accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
