Marion County Probate Court, Clerk of Courts Office, and Recorder's Office are offering the Good Deeds Program to individuals and their families to prepare now to avoid the Probate Court process later. Participants will learn how to organize their assets and which records they should have in place to ease the burden on their families, including documents for:

- Bank Accounts
- and Investment Accounts
