GOOD CONNECTIONS VI Wellbeing and Equality in a Divided Society

We invite you to participate in an interdisciplinary scientific conference from the GOOD CONNECTIONS series. The conference is co-organized by the University of Madeira (Portugal), the University of Zielona Góra (Poland), the International Connectivity Centre (ICC), and The University Center for Research in Psychology (CUIP). During the conference, we will present theoretical concepts and empirical research data on well-being, on the one hand, and equality, on the other, but also on their interconnectedness. We live in a divided society, where the distribution of well-being is uneven and often unjust. Together, we will reflect on how to shape our relationships equitably, how to overcome inequalities, and how to protect the most vulnerable in society. We invite psychologists, educators, sociologists, economists, and other researchers working on these issues to participate. Conference participants will have the opportunity to publish their articles in a special issue of this interdisciplinary scientific journal.
