Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or you may use those we provide. A few comfortable chairs are available for those not comfortable lying down. Stay afterwards for a cup of tea and connecting with like-hearted souls if you like. Snorers are encouraged to lie down on their sides. 😉
Doors open at 5:30 and are closed at 5:50.
Plenty of free parking in the huge lot across from Liberty Plsce Buidling. Enter through the wooden double doors in the front left of the building. Soundwise is on the 2nd floor. Stairs or elevator.
