I invite you to a deep, meditative sound journey held in the sacred space of Tantrasenteret.This is the event for you who want to intentionally travel deep into your subconscious or to astral realms through the help of the sacred vibrations of Gongs, the shamanic drum, the didgeridoo, singing bowls, chimes and other unique instruments.
My invitation is to let go of the thinking mind and allow the sound waves to bring you into a trance-like state of relaxation and healing. I hold space for the full and authentic you, exactly as you are, with all your emotions, processes and states of consciousness.
The full price is 222 kr. This helps cover the rent and to support my work.
A few tickets for half price are available for those in a challenging economic situation <3
Practical:
There are mattresses and blankets available. Just bring yourself and comfortable clothes.
I recommend not eating a heavy meal or drinking coffee for a few hours before the event, and remembering to drink enough water after.
