Join us for a gong sound meditation, where you will be wrapped in an immersion of sacred sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, voice and other instruments, to help you sink into blissful relaxationThe cost is £16, pre-bookable / payable. Doors will open at 10:50 for a prompt start at 11am
Please bring water, a mat to lie on, cushion, eye-mask, blanket to keep you warm, and anything else you may need for your comfort. If you prefer to sit chairs will be available.

As a precaution, please note the following contraindications:
• You are within the first trimester (3 months) of pregnancy
• Anyone with severe unmanaged mental health conditions
• Epilepsy, if caused by sound/music (known as musicogenic epilepsy)
• Tinnitus that may be triggered by sound
Please check with your Dr before attending if you have a pacemaker, metal implants (not fillings), or you have had recent surgery.
