Join us for the next gong sound meditation on 6th July at 11am. You will be wrapped in an immersion of sacred sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, voice and many other instruments, to help you sink into blissful relaxation

Doors will open at 10:50 for a prompt start at 11am
Please bring water, a mat to lie on, cushion, eye-mask, blanket to keep you warm, and anything else you may need for your comfort. If you prefer to sit chairs will be available.
