Resonant Transitions - Gong Sound Bath & Meditation

Join us for an immersive experience of sound and relaxation as Ken Little of Resonant Transitions provides a 75 minute sound meditation featuring gongs, singing bowls and other percussion instruments creating an ethereal soundscape. Let the soothing vibrations of these instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Whether you are a seasoned meditation junkie or brand new to the experience, this space is for everyone to explore the soothing and meditative power of sound. Come and discover the profound effects that sound can have on your well-being and mental health.
It is encouraged that you bring your own yoga mats and/or blankets; however, space for laying down will be limited and first come first serve. Limited cushions and pillows will be available for pew seating, please bring your own for maximum comfort. Please message in advance for any accomodations we can support for enablement of attendance and enjoyment.
