Join Boshka on a journey through frequencies and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Gongs, Ocean Drum, Crystal & Tibetan Bowls among many other instruments, to experience deeply nourishing relaxation.
Attending regular Sound Healing sessions can be truly life changing, not only in allowing us to destress, but also in increasing our productivity and resilience in order to cope with the challenges of modern life.

What To Expect:
The beauty of Sound Healing resides within how easy and accessible it is to many, and no experience or knowledge is necessary to attend the session. Participants will be asked to lie down on yoga mats and get comfortable under a blanket while being immersed in a soundscape meditation. The healing vibrations are absorbed throughout the entire body which triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, and in turn, helps the body to spark its natural ability to heal and balance.
Who Is This For?
This workshop is for anyone who wants to give their body and nervous system a deep rest and nourishment. Sound baths create an amazing opportunity to slow down and appreciate your body’s wisdom and ability to heal.
What You Will Need:
Please dress comfortably and although blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring your own. Snuggly socks, eye mask and anything else to make yourself extra cosy.

About Your Guide:
Boshka Grygoriew-Alvy has been exploring the world of wellness and alternative healing modalities since her early 20s, deeply inspired by the teachings of Chinese Medicine, Qi-Gong, Ayurveda and Yoga. Looking for stillness and silence within, brought her to studying Sound Healing and qualifying as a NAAD Yoga Sound Meditation Teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance and CMA. Boshka is also a Reiki Practitioner and a Health Coach specialising in Nutritional Therapy and Mineral Testing.
Please Note: Space is limited at ookushana Workshop, so please book ahead to avoid disappointment!
Tickets are non-refundable, but transferrable with AT LEAST 48 hours notice (to another session with the same guide)
The event is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl. pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or the first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.
