πΆππΆππΆππΆππΆππΆππΆππΆYou are invited to experience a deeply healing all night gong puja with Karen VΓΆgelin at Slade Vision Centre in Ilfracombe.
What is a Gong Puja?
A Gong Puja is an all night sacred ceremony and deeply healing event.
The Gongs will sounds for the duration of 10 gong bath sessions of 45 minutes each and totalling 7.5 hours. This healing event allows the space and time for participants to heal in mind, body & soul.
The gongs are played gently throughout the night to allow for deep rest and healing to take place.
You are invited to become a part of this event. There are 13 spaces available to those who would like spend some time learning about the gongs and how to play them.
There will be 5-7 spaces available for those who would just like to come along and receive the healing vibrations.
Saturday 23rd November
Structure of the day
1.30pm - arrival and tea
2pm - History and Introduction to the gongs.
3.30pm - Break for tea and biscuits/cake
4pm - Practical lesson on playing the gongs, getting comfortable with the sound levels and mallets.
5.30-6pm - Break for dinner
8pm - arrival for other participants and setting up your space for the night.
8.30pm - Gather for time allocations and discussion.
9pm - Heart opening meditation and setting intentions.

The gongs will finish at 5.30am
5.30am - 1 hour of profound silence. Allowing the sounds to settle within your mind, body & soul π
6.30am waking up
7am - breakfast
9am departure
