Astara and Orion of Illuminating Hearts bring you an incredible afternoon of resonance and meditation to awaken you to the shared space of Trinity PT and Omaha Power Yoga.
“After two decades as an architect passionate to bring positive change, the insight for me was that we do not lack industriousness or inventiveness, we lack intimacy," writes Astara in How the Stars Tell Time. She adds, "To get 'intimacy ready' as a globe, we first have to face our resistances to intimacy. I believe we have a planetary path of sobriety and recovery ahead. We must face a myriad of human problematic behaviors — our group methods of protecting and self-soothing are destructive and keep our heads in the proverbial sand. As in any recovery process, we must recover the memory of our past to heal the traumatic structures that undermine us.” The multi-frequency magic of the gongs helps dissolve the noise in and around you, helping you choose clarity and sobriety in this new now.
We lead the group through a gong immersion experience to support you while you meditate. Orion and Astara encompass you in layers of organic resonant medicine. Appropriate for all levels of meditation knowledge. Bring a friend!

Dress comfortably to sit on the floor. We have a few bolsters, blankets, and back jacks, but we encourage you to bring your favorite sit bolster/pillow (zafu/zabutan). If you need a chair, please message us. As an event for meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere. We will provide loaner Mindfold eye-masks for those who prefer to cover their eyes during meditation.
