In this session, we return to the ground — through tone, breath, and vibration.
Featuring the powerful, resonant voice of the Earth Gong, this gong meditation is an invitation to let go of overstimulation and rest in something ancient, steady, and whole. Experience sound as a slow unfolding. Like roots remembering the soil.
You’ll be guided gently into rest, then bathed in a continuous field of vibration designed to support:• Nervous system down-regulation• Emotional anchoring• Deep tissue release• Quiet inner listening
This is a return — to gravity, to body, to the deeper pulse of the Earth beneath us all.
What to expect:• A soft verbal welcome + invitation to settle• 60 min of Gong resonance and periods of silence featuring several gongs• Silent integration to close• No prior experience necessary — just bring your body and breath
What to bring:• A yoga mat, blanket, and anything else for comfort• An open mind and a willingness to slow down
