Join us on Wednesday, December 17 at 6:30 PM at magical Chesterdale Farm in West Chester for an evening of sound, stillness, and renewal.
As the gongs vibrate through body and space, the mind softens, the breath deepens, and the nervous system unwinds. You are gently invited to relax and receive — nothing to do, nowhere to go, just the sound and frequency unfolding around you.
The cozy barn glows with warmth and the quiet beauty of winter. It’s a moment to exhale, to reconnect, and to remember the simple peace within.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in before the gongs begin.
