What to expect:
The 90 minute event includes a brief discussion on the healing attribute of Planet Gongs, a 60 minute Gong Meditation.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but our studio does have a few extras. Bring anything cozy that supports you; blanket, eye mask, or pillow. Our studio also has blankets, blocks, and bolsters for your use.
