A Gong Bath™ is a powerful yet gentle sound healing/awakening experience. During the session one can use the power of the Paiste Planetary Earth Gong to heal and awaken wanted and unwanted energy from one's mind, body, and spirit. Through this sound healing one can experience deep relaxation, bliss, and clarity. In addition, feelings of stress, anger, and fear may be felt during the ritual. Using your intention, breath, and the vibration of the gong, one can enhance the wanted feelings and release/transmute what is unwanted.
Nicolas has been trained in the lineage of Richard Rudis who created the original "Gong Bath™". Cedar's Gong Bath's and concerts include elements from Nada Yoga, drumming, Tibetan Buddhism, Tantric Hinduism, sacred geometry, and Reiki. This creates a meditative experience in which each participant is acoustically guided via harmonic overtones, into realms of physical & mental/emotional well-being as well as cellular healing. Carefully designed vibrational constructs are used to further entice the brain into Alpha/Theta/Delta wave-scapes of clarity, peace, and wholeness which promotes physical, mental, and spiritual awakening, wisdom, and healing.

BIO:
Nicolas Elumen has been studying and offering sacred sound healing since 2009. The sacred sound tools he uses are a 38" planetary earth gong, didgeridoos, shakers, drums, crystal singing bowls, drum, and chimes. He offers Gong Baths™ and Didgeridoo Sound Journeys solo and with his wife Kriyanna.
Nicolas received the title of Certified Gong Practitioner by Gong Master Mehtab Benton in 2019. He has studied Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound) extensively with Bhagavan Das and Michael Stirling. He has completed basic, intermediate, and advanced Gong Bath™ training under gong master Richard Rudis who created the original Gong Bath™.
He has been a Reiki Master since 2008 and a Certified 500 Hour+ Hatha Yoga and meditation mentor since 2010. Nicolas has given sound healings all across the Midwest, California, Oregon, Washington, North Carolina, Tennessee and at Burning Man. He is humbled and honored to assist you on your healing and awakening journey.
