I am beyond excited to welcome you to this relaxing gong bath in the wonderful studio "andosteo" in the heart of Brockley.
Situated a stone's throw from Brockley overground station, it is a hub for wellness and boasts a lovely yoga studio, where the gong bath will take place.
All you have to do is turn up with an open heart & mind, chill on your yoga mat and melt into the floor :-)
The vibrations of the gong will wash through your body, while you surrender and allow the experience to unfold organically. The gong, with its mighty roar and gentle whisper, helps us to tap into our innate wisdom and stillness within.
Gongs are ancient instruments that have been used for ritualistic purposes & ceremonies for many centuries. When played, they produce a wide array of harmonics and hauntingly beautiful melodies, which can lower our brainwaves into Theta state and aid our healing journey.
There is no right or wrong way to feel during the experience and some of you might see visuals, while others feel a deep sense of relaxation & calm. Long-forgotten emotions and feelings, might also be triggered and brought to the surface to heal and integrate. Embrace them!

IMPORTANT BITS AND BOBS:
The studio will provide yoga mats and bolsters. Please bring your own blanket and pillow/eye pillow for extra comfort. A bottle of water is also recommended. Body temperature tends to drop during a gong bath, so please dress comfortably, in layers.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the session begins and avoid being late, as late-comers cannot be admitted.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Gong baths are not recommended for pregnancies in the first trimester, individuals with pacemakers/metal implants, epilepsy, or any form of a serious mental health condition. By purchasing your ticket, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions.

Theresa is a triple water sign, an empath, and a highly intuitive soul. She runs regular gong baths in Brockley and Beckenham Place Mansion and offers 1:1 energy healing and gong sessions in the Telegraph Hill Centre. When she isn't holding space for others, you can find her spending time with her baby daughter.
