As you settle in, you'll be bathed in resonant vibrations from the Chau gong, and the deep gong—each one guiding you through waves of introspection, release, and renewal. Bolsters, blankets, and blocks are provided by the studio, but we invite you to bring anything else you need to feel fully supported and comfortable throughout the session.
