Plan to sit or lay down and FEEL the vibrations of the penetrating sounds created by the musical instruments move through your body allowing you to fully REST and RESTORE.
We have a limited supply of bolsters, blocks, blankets and yoga mats in the studio space. We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat, pillows and blankets to make yourself more comfortable on the floor. We can also provide couches and chairs to those that prefer to be seated.
