Sound vibrations have a powerful effect on your mind and body. Consider for a moment how you feel when you witness a roaring thunderstorm. The feeling often can't be described... you just feel GOOD. Simply plan to sit or lay down and FEEL the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other musical instruments move through your body allowing you to fully embody the penetrating sounds.
We have a limited supply of bolsters, blocks, blankets and yoga mats in the studio space. We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat, pillows and blankets to make youself more comfortable on the floor. We can also provide couches and chairs to those that prefer to be seated.
The cost is only $20 to enable most members of the community to participate. Please note that cancellations for this event are not accepted. Thank you for understanding.
