Join us for a deeply immersive and rejuvenating sound journey that will leave you feeling relaxed balanced and revitalized. In this class we harness the therapeutic power of gongs to create a unique and immersive sonic experience that stimulates the mind body and spirit.

During this Gong Bath experience you will lie comfortably on a baby cot mattress. Blanket and cushions are provided for added comfort allowing yourself to completely surrender to the healing vibrations of the gongs. The session will be led by Fiona and/or Noel experienced sound healers who will guide you through the journey creating a safe and supportive environment for your exploration.

No prior experience is necessary to participate in a Gong Bath class. It is recommended to wear loose comfortable clothing that allows for easy relaxation.

The Facilitators:

With a deep passion for the transformative potential of the Gong Fiona and Noel have studied under renowned Gong masters including Don Conreaux Aidan Mcintyre Martha Collard and Jens Zygar honing their skills and expanding their understanding of the profound healing qualities of the Gong.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge Fiona and Noel embarked on a journey to Germany to learn directly from experts in the field such as Paiste the esteemed Gong manufacturer and gong master makers Rolf Nitsch of Gongland and Martin Bläse of Kult-Ur-Sprung. Through this immersive experience they deepened their understanding of the art of gong making and discovered new dimensions to their practice which they now channel into their captivating and transformative gong playing.

Fiona is a Reiki Master Vedic Astrologer Afterlife Medium Sound Healer Cacao Ceremonialist Akashic Channeler and Yin Yoga Teacher. Her mission is to initiate others into their spiritual journeys and life purposes.

Noel Tuan is a spiritual teacher and guide committed to supporting individuals on their profound journeys of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Drawing upon a diverse range of practices including the Akashic Records Kundalini Yoga and the profound healing power of the Gong Noel empowers others to access their inner wisdom heal past traumas and align with their authentic purpose.
