Sound healing meditation -- the deep resonant vibrations of the gongs are absorbed throughout the entire body, shifting stagnant energyA host of unusual complex sounds with no discernible pattern (or very short lived patterns)
Deliberately chosen to encourage you to surrender your stories (the past),
your expectations (projections about the future),
and to be more and more present and available to the unknown — AKA surrender (while in a very safe place) or accept that you are not in control
To relax and allow your creative right brain maximum freedom
"Gong baths" are highly rejuvenating and bring about an overall sense of harmony of the body, mind and spirit.
It is referred to as a bath due to participants being immersed in the vibrations of the instruments during a session.
A gong bath is a form of sound healing meditation. Sound therapy has long been used to manage a broad range of health conditions. The treatments are based on the understanding that all forms of matter – including our body’s cells – vibrate at different frequencies. Factors such as stress, depression and disease cause cells and organs within our bodies to vibrate at non-optimal frequencies.
Enjoy this beautiful experience of sound and relaxation with Christopher Cole.
"Imagine yourself lying on a fabulous beach and giant waves of beautiful sound are washing over you. Really. That’s what it’s like. Participants lay on a Yoga mat/blanket and I play all the wonderful sounds of the Gongs, Singing Bowls and Bells.
I bring all of my skill as a healer to this hour, and my purest intent to benefit everyone. The effect is therapeutic: you feel more balanced and aligned on all levels, you leave feeling refreshed and awakened. You may also experience an energy release that clears up past traumas and dis-eases. It’s one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done and I am honoured to be able to present it to people."

"When I play I surrender. I surrender to the highest part of myself I have found through seedless meditation. I share that wonder and awe with all, by means of my knowledge and skill with my instruments and my desire to support the healing and growth of others."
