Maisie is a CMA accredited Sound Meditation Practitioner. They specialise in creating immersive sound journeys using their voice, the crystal bowls, the gong and accompanying instruments to guide you through the safe & beautiful sanctuary of your inner landscapes.
Their sound journeys are a space for you to switch off, get cosy and sink into total relaxation. You'll leave feeling recharged and inspired, with a new-found energy for life.
Having trained in both mindfulness coaching and sound meditation, they draw upon a range of healing modalities and community engagement tools to support you in tuning into your unique rhythm within the motions of life.
