I am excited to announce that we have the awesome Jim French coming to the chapel on June 9th to offer an awesome sound healing session. So what is a sound bath? You will simply be immersed in sound for an hour inducing deep, restorative relaxation and bringing harmony and balance to your body. Jim will be using gongs, singing bowls, planetary tubes and percussion etc. which will allow you to embark on a mystical, deeply meditative journey. If we think of everything being vibration (energy) the sound will entrain with every cell in your body and create that higher vibration which in turn leads to the wonderful experience that can be had during the sounding. Many people report a sense of inner peace , contentment and tranquility following a sound bath. For your comfort Nidra mats, eye pillows and a blanket will be provided at the sounding.
