Experience Deep Relaxation at Our Healing Gong Bath
Join me for an immersive sound journey designed to calm the mind, restore balance, and release tension. Bathe in the powerful vibrations of the gong, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments as you’re guided into a meditative state of deep rest and renewal.
No experience is needed, simply bring a yourself and an open heart. Allow the soothing frequencies to wash over you and leave feeling lighter, centred, and deeply rejuvenated.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- A restorative sound journey using gongs, bowls, and gentle instruments to support emotional release and deep relaxation.
- A safe and nurturing space to rest, reconnect, and welcome stillness.
- Suitable for all levels and experiences.
WHAT TO BRING
- Comfy clothes and extra layers. (your body can cool down during sound baths)
- Water bottle to stay hydrated before and after.
- Just yourself and an open heart.
- Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are all provided.
ATTENDING
Please arrive at least 10 mins prior to the session starting, this will allow yourself to find your space and be ready to recieve. Late comers will not be admitted.
Nisha Hollywood and Soul and Flourish
Nisha Hollywood is a CMA-accredited sound healer, trained by Maria Lodetoft at House of Moon Studio. Soul & Flourish was born from her desire to dive deeper into the world of sound healing and share its transformative power with others.
Her journey began during a time of deep personal change. Through Kundalini yoga, her first step on the spiritual path. Nisha was introduced to the healing resonance of the gong. What started as simple curiosity soon became a profound source of support and inner transformation.
After losing her dad, and later a close friend, she found solace in the vibrational medicine of sound. The gong reached places that words could not, gently helping her move through grief, release emotional heaviness, and reconnect with moments of peace. This deeply personal healing experience became the catalyst for her calling.
Now, as a sound healer, Nisha holds space for others to rest, release, and return to themselves. Her sessions are an invitation to slow down, breathe, and open the heart, creating a nurturing environment where the body, mind, and spirit can soften and realign through sound.

For safety reasons, this event is not recommended for individuals who:
• Have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device.
• Live with sound-induced epilepsy or seizures.
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
• Experience severe tinnitus or sound sensitivity that may be triggered by instruments.
• Have acute or severe mental health conditions that may be exacerbated by immersive sound.
• Have recently undergone major surgery and are still in the acute recovery stage.
If you feel uncomfortable at any time, you are welcome to sit up, adjust your position, or quietly step out of the space.
