About this Event
A deeply immersive sound experience to support rest, release, and renewal. You’ll be invited to lie back, wrap yourself in blankets, and simply receive as waves of sound from the gongs move gently through you. The vibrations create space for the mind to quieten, the body to soften, and the breath to deepen.
Each session is intuitively shaped, with gongs selected to meet the energy of the evening. The sound works on many levels, helping to ease tension, soothe the nervous system, and encourage a sense of balance and inner peace.
Bring cosy layers, a yoga mat, blankets, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported. All you need to do is arrive, rest, and allow the sound to guide you inward.
