🌕 Allow me to guide you on a deeply relaxing and restorative journey through the healing vibrations of s•o•u•n•d.

We will explore the resonant tones of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, alongside the expansive frequencies of the gong—each sound carefully chosen to support your energetic balance and inner peace. Booking via private message.

🌗 At the start of the session, I’ll gently guide you into a state of ease and presence. Together, we’ll release expectations, judgement, and anything holding you back from receiving the full gift of this experience.

🌒 Once you’re lying down comfortably, let yourself surrender to the s•o•u•n•d. Let it soften any tension, dissolve emotional blockages, and melt away stress. Feel energy begin to f•l•o•w freely again. If you’re in need of upliftment, it may leave you feeling brighter, more present, and joyful. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or anxious, expect a deep sense of calm and balance.

🌓 How to Prepare: Bring anything you need to feel warm and supported—a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, warm socks. Water is recommended, as the vibrational therapy can trigger a gentle detoxification process. Eye coverings will be provided to enhance your relaxation. Final tip: simply surrender and immerse yourself in the experience.
