For your maximum comfort create your own ‘nest to rest’ - bring:
- Bring a yoga mat and a cozy blanket
- Bring a small pillow for your head to rest
- Additional props on site
- Optional: bring an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
- Wear something comfortable to relax in
- Open doors about 20 minutes before event
- Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome
