Whereas a majority of health concerns are due to stress and lifestyle choices, sound vibration meditation offers a modality to counter life’s pressures.Participants should wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring pillows, blankets or items to create a comfortable space for their meditation. However, limited supplies and equipment are available for use.
