Join professional musician and yoga teacher Lauren for an evening of sacred sound to reset your nervous system and clear any distortions from your energy field to anchor your highest path. Lauren holds her master's degree in jazz performance and RYT 200 yoga teaching certification. She uses a combination of gong, frame drum, solfeggio sound bowls, and channeled singing voice during her sound baths. Becoming an open vessel for divine flow, she allows whatever needs to be sung and played for the highest good of the group to come through in a true channeling of sacred sound. All are welcome!What to bring: a yoga mat (or a couple of large towels to lie down on), water, and if you'd like extra comfort a pillow and blanket. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the sound bath to settle into the space before we begin
