Expansion and Releasing for the upcoming Full Moon

We will dive into some Gong sounds and the waves of creation that the different tones make. Allow yourself to just sink into the tones to help with releasing to help you cut through your blocks.

You will then dive into the calming and grounding sounds of the Crystal Bowls for deep relaxation and connection into yourself.

Sound Baths can help put you into a deep meditative state that can reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and improve sleep. Sound Baths may also help with emotional release. The harmonious resonance of the crystal singing bowls assist in a mental reset, sharpening focus and sparking your creativity.
